Class Overview
This is a Step-by-Step class in estate planning and asset protection using land and personal property trusts. Each required document (included in the course) will be reviewed in detail; trustee and director appointments, declarations, POAs, deeds, directional documents, and much more.
The class will conclude with the creation of a trust, from start to finish, including obtaining an IRS EIN Number, appointing students as trustees and directors, and granting beneficial interest.
